Bio

Melanie Weingart is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She received her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania and clinical training at the University of Colorado and University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Weingart’s research interest is to apply computational immunology approaches to the host response to better understand how heterogeneity in the immune response drives  outcomes in ARDS and sepsis. Her current research focuses on deep immune profiling of the host pathogen response in Sepsis.
