A/Prof Emma Ridley

Emma is an Associate Professor, National Health and Medical Research Council Emerging Leadership Fellow and heads both the Consumer Engagement and Nutrition Programs at the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Research Centre (ANZIC-RC), Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. With extensive expertise in clinical research methodology, A/Prof Ridley has led multiple programs from concept development through to completion. A/Prof Ridley led the development of ANZIC-RC’s institute-wide consumer engagement activities and established the centre's first coordinated consumer–research partnership framework in critical care. This includes a consumer steering committee of seven members and a registry of >30 consumers embedded across all research programs.
